If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service department within 10 days of the original invoice date to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Restocking fees and/or return shipping charges may apply. You may email info@triumph-systems.com or call 314-882-4324 for our Customer Service department with any questions.
If you ordered any of our Brass Training System products, you have 30 days from the shipping date to evaluate the gear and the Brass App. If you are not satisfied or do not see an improvement in your shooting skills, you can return any part of your order. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
